Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online

●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )

Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.
Degree Program:

Ⅰ. Registration Method：fill in the form of International Student’s Application for Admission.
Ⅱ. Procedure for Entrance:

1. highest education background certificate and transcript.

2. the copy of the picture page, visa page and blank page of the passport.

3. two recent two-inch frontal colorful photos of the applicant

Ⅲ. Tuition Fees: Undergraduate：16000RMB Postgraduate: 20000RMB/year

3. Diploma of the Most Advanced Studies

Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.

If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4.Transcript of graduate school

5.Two letters of recommendation

From professor or associate professor or equivalents

6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Photocopy).

7.Study Plan in China.

8.Articles or Papers Written or Published.

9.Examples of Art (6 color pictures) and Music (1 audio tape) Work

(Only for the applicants applying for Fine Arts and Music).

Ⅱ.Tuition Fees：RMB1,500 per person

Ⅲ. Class Time:

Basic Class: July 1, 2013---July 26, 2013 (4 weeks)

Intermediate Class: July 8,2013---Aug 2, 2013 (4 weeks)

Class time: 9:00 a.m. --- 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday off)

Admissions Information for Government Scholarship

Shenyang University of Technology will recruit foreign students for Chinese Government Scholarship from September 2013.

Applicants must be in accordance with the following conditions:

Application conditions for Undergraduate scholarships:

1. Applicants must have senior high school diploma with good academic performance.

2. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens without study experience in China.

3. Applicants must be under the age of 25.

4. The programs are limited to Engineering majors in our university, do not include language literature specialty.

5. Enrolled students must be living in our university dormitory.

6. Applicants should submit photocopy of the passport、senior high school diploma、transcript and application in January and February each year.

Application conditions for graduate scholarships:

1. Applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree diploma with good academic performance.

2. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens without study experience in China.

3. Applicants must be under the age of 35.

4.The programs are limited to Engineering majors in our university, do not include language literature specialty.

5.Enrolled students must be living in our university dormitory.

6.Applicants should submit photocopy of the passport、senior high school diploma、transcript and application in January and February each year.

Process of Applying for Chinese Government Scholarship to International Students of SUT
Time of Submitting info: January- February
Submission needed:

1. Copies of diploma & transcript of Highest Academic Degree

2. Copy of Passport

3. Two recommendations by professor

4. Study Plan

We will inform the students to login “ Info platform for international students’ online registrations of CSC （http://laihua.csc.edu.cn）”

& fill in “The Chinese government scholarship application form” and password after our reviewing documents

Submitting info to school:

1. Original notaries certificates of diploma & transcript of Highest Academic Degree in English

2. Copy of Passport

3. riginal of two recommendations by professor

4. Original of Study Plan

5. Physical examination record

We will issue the admission notice and other admission documents to the student after approving his/her application.

The student can apply visa and then register in our school.
